Policy is broken about aws-doc-sdk-examples

Thanks for reporting this. We use those &entity; type entries to enable our doc build process to automatically adapt them for different regions around the world. I am going to fix the policies to exclude them however, because they clearly don't make sense here in github.

Ah – moving the example to the Github repo means that the entity is no longer interpreted properly. Important discovery. I’m removing them all now in favor of the literal ‘arn:aws:’ to fix this. We’ll worry internally about how they get interpreted for other regions. Thanks for reporting this, Scott!
