Bug: AWS SAM tag value on AWS::Serverless::Function empty when value is False about serverless-application-model

Hi @vandem9, thanks for reporting the issue. I tried setting the value to False/false and it creates the resource with an empty tag value as you mentioned, but when I set the values to True/true it sets the value to true. Let me bring this up with the team to see if this is expected behavior or a bug.

@hnnasit I forgot to mention that when I check this on non SAM specific resources like AWS::Logs::LogGroup or AWS::IAM::Role using the value False does not result in an empty value. Also when I check CloudTrail it looks like the api call to Lambda already has an empty value for the tag when using False. It would suggest that something is going wrong in the transform process of SAM resources to Cloudformation/actual resources. Hopes this helps.

Thanks for the insights @vandem9! You're right, this could be happening during SAM transform. I tried to create tags using a regular Lambda Function and the tag value for False was false. Let me transfer this issue to the SAM team to investigate further.
