I faced this similar issue. To fix this need to check the build OS GLIBC version ldd --version use this command to check it. If it doesnt match. Use Amazon linux 2 instance and try to run the build and deploy your lambda functions.

Are you still having this problem?
If so, what OS version is your lambda using?
What pip command are you using to install?
What version of pyca/cryptography is your application using?
pyca/cryptography is the cryptographic primitive provider we use.
It binds to OpenSSL.
Your error may be caused by pyca/cryptography not being configured against the OpenSSL in your environment correctly.
