Thanks for you suggestions. I have raised the support ticket. With the help of the support team we have tested the pre release version and it's working fine.

@robincornett For the Payment Element I think the name field is not being sent with API requests.

@rosinghal @jatindv if you have not already, please contact our support team to see about testing a pre-release for our Stripe extension to resolve this.
Also, please check your Stripe account settings and make sure that 3DS authentication is enabled for your users.
