Conan Build Errors about basilisk

Update, I was able to solve the build errors with changes to the conan and cmake build scripts. These changes can be found here: evansneath@97ba078

Howdy Evan, thanks for sharing your fix to your build issues. I see you were update to updated the dependencies to not require bin crafters anymore. I've created a branch to test out these changes and see if we can incorporate this into our version. One of my goals this year is to go through the dependencies and see what all can be updated to newer versions.

I can confirm this behavior with a clean virtual environment on the master, develop, branches and 2.1.5 tag

A fix for this is to build without visInterfaces setting:

python3 conanfile.py --vizInterface=False

However, this stops the vizard interfaces from being built which is useful for our applications.

It looks like usage of packages from the deprecated bincrafters conan remote is causing this error. If these packages were updated with those from Conan Center which align with the latest versions of conan then this would solve the issue.

ok, I am able to get the regular BSK build to work, and with the opNav setting I updated to opencv 4.1.2, and had to update various other packages. I'm testing now on Linux and Windows. This issue is linked to a branch if anyone else wants to pull and test.
