Which branch and Terraform version are you using? "policy_primary" and "policy_cross" are defined in locals in "terraform-modules/aviatrix-controller-iam-roles/variables.tf"

Yes thanks for pointing that out! I missed that.

Can you also help me understand the logic of this line ""assume_role_policy = "${var.external-controller-account-id == "" ? local.policy_primary : local.policy_cross}"? Does it mean if the controller-account-id is present, then policy_cross will be applied, otherwise policy_primary will be applied?
