Status? about cloudup-cli

Aha, so that's what's happened.

I just tried to up a file and got a very unexpected error. I'll post it for other googlers to find:

Error: stage: "/Users/q/myfile.pdf" is invalid, must be one of:

• development
• staging
• production

Cloudup's NPM package up has been renamed to cloudup. The new up is Apex's up. If you get the above error and you thought you had cloudup installed, you need to run npm uninstall -g up followed by npm install -g cloudup. However, keep in mind that both tools install a program with the same name, up. If you try to install both, only the last one will remain (filename conflict, no namespacing).

Hey @tj, may I recommend that you add a project URL to the help message for apex/up? It took me awhile to figure out what up was and who makes it.

I think Cloudup itself is more or less abandoned. I'd love to grab "up" in NPM for apex/up#37 if possible, releasing a new semver major of course!

Cloudup itself was pretty much abandoned as soon as they acquired it, they just wanted the team.

Okay. That's a big shame... "up" is not really something I consider a replacement.

Yea my thing isn't related at all, just a shame that NPM has one global namespace, but people could still install the old version if they still use cloudup instead of droplr/cloudapp/dropbox.
