Use ctracker to track violations on local elections about corruption_tracker

So, have I prepare new geojson? We don't need map for mobile app for elections. But we need it to present results in web. I have addresses of all polling stations in town.

Looks like we are going to make it, and there is a question what is the best way:

1. We can run test corruption tracker and election tracker as one web-site, election will be additional section in menu
2. We can run them as separate web-sites, each with custom design and custom functionality. This case have interposed question how to handle two versions of code

   ⋅⋅2.3 Encapsulate customizations inside main project, and implenent them as plugins or options, so admin when deploying tracker, could set what it would be - corruption or election
