The gateway currency is determined by the associated merchant account, and isn't changeable through the API.

Ok. How do I check what currency is associated with an account?

Currently you cannot through the API. It's on our list enhancement requests.

It would be great to be able to do it through the API. Do you know how to do it manually by logging into the account? We need a way to make sure the account is using USDs. Thanks;)

Unfortunately I don't have a timeline for completion. You are welcome to implement yourself with a pull request. I'm sure others would appreciate your contribution.

@rhldr You said it cannot be done through the API. How can I implement this myself if there's no API? I'm looking at developer.authorize.net/api/reference - I don't see anything I could use. Am I missing something?

@rpt Checking further, it appears it was overlooked in our XML documentation. I've opened a ticket to get that corrected. The value is currencyCode.
