Add package info to status bar about status-bar

Oh hmmm, does this belong here? I'd rather put the package detection and information collection code in a package-specific package (like package-generator) rather than cramming it in status-bar, I think.

We could put the "view" parts of this here and wire it up to a backend package-creation-utilities package with "I'm working on a package now" events, for example.

Oh, I see, it links to the repo object through the atom.project global. Hrm. We could enhance Project to know things about whether or not it's an Atom package, but I don't particularly like the idea of polluting core like that.

Closing this out, this should probably be done in a separate package, not in the core status bar.
