Match html tags about language-php

I've just realised that there is also https://github.com/atom/language-html

So I'm not sure if this ticket is relevant to that package or this one.

With the syntax highlighting set manually to PHP rather than auto, which thinks it's HTML, every other opening and closing of php tags between the html, alternates between which syntax is recognized.

@davidyell HTML tag matching was implemented in atom/bracket-matcher#36, so I'm going to close this issue. But please let us know if you still don't see matching tags highlighted, and provide and example.

@schiz0p I think atom/language-html#14 is a different issue than this (but possibly related). Thanks for pointing it out, though!
