The info text gets printed when you initialize an OpenCV object. I think that's the default way of doing it (it's what the Processing library template does), but I see your point that it's probably not the best choice because there are plenty of situations where you'd want to initialize multiple such objects. I'll look into it.

The problem is that I always get 2 info texts although I initialize only 1 OpenCV object. This only happens when working with video (with the Capture object). When reading an image it's printed once.

Try with the HSVColorTracking example.

Your point could be also interesting by the way.

Are you still seeing this behavior? I'm not seeing it in Processing 2.2.1. I wonder if it was a temporary thing with an older version of Processing...

I checked it with Processing 2.2.1 and seems to work fine ;)
