Looking at it, the data is only a bit over a megabyte. Perhaps we should just bundle it with the package.

RE: permanence -- that's a good question. I'm happy to keep the S3 bucket live since, as you said, it's only a bit over a MB so it's free.
(I wonder if @bsesar will check his notifications...)
