Install Issue about configlint

Hey, thanks for actually saying something! Looks like I didn't test with 1.3.

The isModuleOutputEnabled method is a 1.4x feature, apparently. Try adding the following method to the Alanstormdotcom_Configlint_Helper_Data class. It doesn't use anything 1.4 specific

public function isModuleOutputEnabled($moduleName = null)
{
    if ($moduleName === null) {
        $moduleName = $this->_getModuleName();
    }
    if (Mage::getStoreConfigFlag('advanced/modules_disable_output/' . $moduleName)) {
        return false;
    }
    return true;
}

You may run into other 1.3 bugs, I'd appreciate reports. I've taken a future forward attitude in my personal development efforts (why develop for platforms with shrinking market share), but if I can provide fixes easily for older versions I will.
