Very likely an error in linking because I faced similar here. The file opencore_amr.o was mentioned two times in the path of object files. Matt posted a workaround already, disabling auto-detection of the OpenCORE libraries and not using them. However, recently this bug got fixed entirely: http://trac.pjsip.org/repos/changeset/4833

Now PJ Project should compile and link even with the OpenCORE libraries installed. At least it does here. Thank you again for filing this issue report because it helped me to solve my issue.
