remaining issue: simple mode does not work on github.io in mock mode, because the requests are made to an running ARE-instance which is not existing... but I do not think this is so important, so I'll close this.

additionally changed styles of action-buttons and subfolder-buttons with commit 336b8cb and previous.

folder-buttons are now yellow with a folder-symbol. action buttons are blue and show an animation on clicking it.
