Escaping invalid characters about xml-stream

Hmm... if underlying node-expat (or evet expat itself) is able to handle/ignore invalid characters, then I'm sure I can fix it in XmlStream. Can you check it?

This is a year old, but I'm searching for a xml parser that can deal with streams, for an integration service.

xml-stream fit's exactly for what I need, due to use of selectors, and I have this same "not well-formed" problem.

I managed to fix this by cleaning the non-ascii characters by using a though stream.
Here is the code:
