Unfortunately not. A model trained on Wikipedia dump is good enough to demonstrate some aspects of doc2vec but not good enough for real world use cases. For that I usually need 10x data and quite often domain specific data. But its straight forward to do it and does not need crazy hardware. Gensim scales over CPU cores and not GPUs.
