Triggering this via only mouse-over would be too intrusive, especially on pages like etherscan which already have their own mouseover. That said, maybe we could trigger via hotkey and have that detect which element is currently hovered over. But for now #201 gives us basically the same thing via right-click which is a bit slower but good enough for most use cases unless bulk addition is required (in which case maybe the settings menu is more useful anyway).
