Downloads up to date? about lightopenid

The newest version is always avaiable from gitorious, at the url: 
https://gitorious.org/lightopenid/lightopenid/archive-tarball/master .

The downloads on google code are updated when there are no bugs reported for a 
while (as a sign of stability) or there have been important changes.

Currently, the gitorious' version is three commits ahead of version 0.4 
avaiable at google code. However, unless something doesn't work the way you 
want it to, you should be fine with the stable version 0.4.

I have updated the project page with this information.
