It is more like that I couldn't test it out because I don't have a Mini on hand. It is very likely that you could just extend from the v1 generic Sphero and it works.
You can test it out and a PR is more than welcomed.

I'm having issues with this one. Need to figure out how to find out the uuid for any given Sphero. In the attempt the Mini lights up but i get bleak errors about connection and it appears to be uuid based.
Edit: I think i figured out the uuid but now it appears to be the set_all_leds_with_16_bit_mask call that times out. This is a command supported but not giving a response.

Update: user error, i was using partial method due to copy paste and Mini only has one processor
