Make use of branches about galaxykickstart

From now on I will work like this. ;). Please test the last version on the artbio dev branch. I tested it in some situations (with a persistent directory out of the default galaxy root dir, without it, with previous data in the persistent directories and without it), but there are many that I can even imagine.

Try to also automate your test-scripts, to be aware of when and why you break things.
This will help you point out which things are not working.

I think it is a logic bug from mine.
@drosofff Did you try to install in with -e "GALAXY_DATABASE='/name_of_a_directory'"?
