Ecological Footprint Calculator: I developed this for international competition (for high school students) and I took the second award with it. The app required you to input all the consumption you do, and then it analyzed them, provided the overview to the user and gave few pieces of advice on how to reduce your footprint. The goal was to show that most of us unnoticeable contribute too much to global warming and other ecological problems. My tasks were: - Design - Initially, I used CorelDraw to draw sketches, and then using XML and Android Studio did a layout of the whole application. - Back-end - Java with Android SDK libraries - Databases - Using SQLite (SQLHelper class in Java) to organize data and easily analyze it. I didn't find the application on the current stage to be profitable, therefore it is not published.
