[MATLAB] Code not appropriate for use about scsynth

If only supporting Octave solves this issue, we can go with it.
And perhaps have a note for Matlab users on how to properly pass arguments?

Currently, the code is not even usable my Matlab regardless of how the function is called, because the functions themselves have default values. Every function has to be redone, either by simply removing default values and trusting the user, or implementing one of those workarounds for default values.

Since Octave is FOSS, meaning anyone can download and use it, I propose simply leaving this issue open as a 'public service announcement' until I get into it by July or someone else solves it.
