Have to find out why it takes so long. Is DownloadActions.Update progress bar better (now it only shows the syncs in the download screen and not the ones in the messages screen done afterwards).
Note: 2 is Probably not necessary as the big initial downloads are tied to the progress bar and only the actions + uploads remain once the my games screen is shown.

Fixed the delay (the test for existing actions with the same timestamp was missing, so duplicates where created during sync),
