My first instinct would be to use Firebug and fix it from there. It will tell you what part of the css you need to edit.

I remember now. Change the hamburger.gif to the color that you want. Or image that you want. Hope that helps.

I got it.
It's a .gif file, where the 3 lines are translucent and the surrounding is white. It looks cool on the demo pages because the background is white, too.
So if you made a new photoshop project just make a new image , 40x40 px, background as alpha channel and just 3 lines.
