Compile smaller for just m3u8 about androidffmpeg

I a doing something similar and you should be able to just pull out everything you don't need from the ffmpeg compile options as for m3u8 you should only really need to include support for libx264 and aac as well as the formats e.g.

--enable-decoder=h264
--enable-encoder=h264
--enable-decoder=aac
--enable-encoder=aac
--enable-parser=h264
--enable-hwaccels
--enable-muxers
--enable-avformat
--enable-avcodec
--enable-avresample
--enable-protocol=applehttp
--enable-protocol=hls
--enable-protocol=http \

Thanks. I tried this and had some problems, but I get the idea. I will need to play around with it. I appreciate the input.
