Doesn't build in DOcker about gin-jwt

@ShayanJa Please change gopkg.in/gin-gonic/gin.v1 to github.com/gin-gonic/gin. See the issue from gin repository.

That was the very first thing i did, but It caused different issue, but i figured it out, i pushed the older version i had locally to a github repository and used that for my docker build. thanks for the help
