Publish Python bindings to PyPI about foundationdb

@hyzhak @tirkarthi Our project has been recovered and the latest version of all major releases have been upload to pypi.

Due to administrative problems, we have been unable to update or publish packages to PyPi. The ability to do so should be forthcoming within the next week.

Do I'm late and this issue is already fixed or it was here before https://pypi.org/project/foundationdb/?

Current link to library documentation is broken from the PyPI project description (correct from https://www.foundationdb.org/documentation/api-python.html to https://apple.github.io/foundationdb/api-python.html). And License is not defined.

In the mean time you can do the following:

pip install https://www.foundationdb.org/downloads/5.2.5/bindings/python/foundationdb-5.2.5.tar.gz

@xen Thanks for pointing that out. https://apple.github.io/foundationdb/downloads.html was pointing to a tar file and there were no links to PyPI that indicated it was there. Feel free to close this if it's irrelevant.

Edit : Release history in PyPI tells me 5.1.5 was released three days ago

pypi is not uptodate, please upload the fdb 5.2.5 to pypi
