Printing with cups not possible any more after system upgrade in Debian about cups

But it only shows that there seems to be a deeper problem.
Calling as root, because a normal user has no access to cupsctl:

# cupsctl --debug-logging
cupsctl: Gesamte Anfrage zu groß

And it is not dependent on the browser, because Opera shows the same result:

There is still no logfile after this errors.
Cups seems to be resistant to any debugging of this Error.

Problem found for myself now.

The reason is a misconfiguration in apparmor, that prevents cups from changing of some directories like the log directory.
After disabling apparmor for cupsd everything is working again.
