configure.html.haml about bigtuna

Of course this doesn't have to be a text_area_tag. We just didn't need it until now since the only hook was Mailer. It will get updated in master soon, we're on it. Stay tuned.

Sure was just messing on writing the campfire hook and boolean, text fields etc.

Fixed this. Hook configuration renders "extras/big_tuna/hooks/:name:/_form.html.haml" with local variable "f" set to form builder. If the file doesn't exist user id presented with appropriate info. Check out mailer for samples.
