Yeah! +1

Also, I can't seem to add view paths for other engines to the apotomo view paths! it seems to be HARDCODED to the DEFAULT_VIEW_PATHS = [File.join('app', 'widgets')] and I can't find a way to make engines add other view paths to this.. been looking into cells implementation, but is a bit bewildering to me how it works.

Been trying with defining an app/cells structure in my other engine, but it has no effect. Looks like apotomo somehow overrides the cell engines behavior!?

Please fix this! Thanks! I can't even make a call to a "normal partial" outside the app/widgets folder structure... :(

@kristianmandrup That's two different issues. The concern of this ticket is to have Apotomo widgets mountable to routes directly without using the ActionController at all.

What you want is rendering global partials from the main application within your widget. I will respond to that in the #54 thread.

Please do not use one single ticket as a collection for feature requests but create separate ones, ok?
