not installing about sublime-better-coffeescript

I've just removed the repo from SublimeText organization to make the repo exist in one place, here, recently. The thing is when the repo was at SublimeText organization on github, it is automatically added to the package control list. I'm thinking this issue is related to removing this repo from SublimeText organization.

I've updated the version number and the file location information in the package.json file. Let's give it time for package control to update its database, and if we can't still install the x.33 version of this package, then i'll look into it again.

Meanwhile manual install instructions are in the README file, you can install this without the package manager.

Had a different issue when installing tonight:

Ok updated the package.json file. I've also renamed the package to Better CoffeeScript. We will know if it works after wbond repo list is updated!

Just a note: When you change the name of the package refer here wbond/package_control_channel#1016

Add the following to your packages.json file: 
"renamed_packages": { "sublime-better-coffeescript": "Better CoffeeScript" }

Seems to be installing now. Were you guys able to get it to install too?

Seems to be installed successfully. But why is there nothing in default setting?

It should be fixed now. It was because I've changed the package name and it was looking for the settings file in the old plugin's name.

Once I've changed the sublime-better-coffeescript with Better CoffeeScript it should be ok. We will need at least an hour, I think, to get the new version from package manager.
