您好。
很遗憾， 官方 Hysteria 客户端不再打算支持 ACL。
请参考 #1058 (comment) 了解开发团队作出这个决定的原因。
建议用支持 ACL/路由功能 的第三方客户端， 或者 SwitchyOmega 等支持分流规则的浏览器代理插件， 如果你使用 TPROXY/REDIRECT/TUN， ipset/nftables/系统路由表 也可用于绕过 CN IP。
