这里写的很清楚了，记事本打开，把自己账号密码，学校平台地址填进去
然后双击运行不就行了，我都用汉字写了运行两个大字啊
拒绝访问，你程序都没运行起来怎么可能访问得了
程序已经发布差不多五个月了，有问题早就修复了，好好找找自己的原因吧
