It's already fixed along another vulnerability on semver inside the IBM package. Can a maintainer bump the package please? @anymaniax

I don't believe this version bump is sufficient. The linked issue IBM/openapi-validator#610 (comment) suggests that the fix is in 1.2.0.

Vulnerable code does not seem to be used so you're probably safe. Though not a guarantee! This will be a problem for orgs with strict CVE policies.
Given the dependency is quite deep, it may take a while. Keep an eye on the three related issues I've linked, in theory once all of those issues are resolved Orval should be safe to update Spectral to silence the warnings.
