DHCP vs Static about neatx

I have just tried to re-create the problem to post details, but now I'm having 
trouble re-creating.  Could there be a problem if a session is disconnected but 
not terminated, the IP of the host changes, then an attempt is made to 
reconnect to the previous session?

I just did a complete cycle of switching from static to dhcp and back again and 
could not get a failure (other than stale sessions that I had to remove).  It 
would be nice to re-create this problem.  I will keep trying.

Remote had static IP.  Connected successfully.
Disconnected but did not terminate session.
Changed remote to DHCP and rebooted remote.
Attempted reconnect.  Failed. (internal error)
Removed old session from /var/lib/neatx/sessions.
Connected successfully
Disconnected but did not terminate session.
Changed remote back to static and rebooted remote
Connection failed (internal error)
Removed old session from /var/lib/neatx/sessions.
Connected successfully
