yes - you would have to compile from source. or you can contribute a build from a docker file something like this: https://hub.docker.com/r/stnava/antspy brian

Hi, I compiled from source with the following setup and commands but run into ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'ants.lib.antiAlias' when importing the library in python.

Setup:
CentOS7, Python 3.7, cmake 3.13.5

Commands:

git clone https://github.com/ANTsX/ANTsPy.git
cd ANTsPy
python setup.py sdist bdist_wheel
## After several hours of building...
pip install dist/antspyx-0.2.0-cp37-cp37m-linux_x86_64.whl

Launch python, then import ants: error shown above.

Do you have any suggestions on how to build the package properly?

Maybe : python setup.py install
