improve performance of listing facilities and features about daftlistings

Hi @Munzey, I reduced the two calls made into one as you suggested. I also removed the features item from as_dict since daft.ie don't appear to be reporting features on an ad listing anymore. If possible, could you pull the latest code to report on any performance improvements these additions have made. Thanks again for reporting issues.
