I did the procedure in http://antmedia.io/webrtc-live-video-stream-broadcasting-one-to-many-and-watching-with-rtmp-and-hls/, namely, "For windows users, add the full path of ant-media-server/lib/native to the PATH environment variable of the system and then execute start.bat" and now it's starting OK.

By the way, the "Red5+ 1.0.1 Release", the one previous to the DLL update commit, seems to start without problems.
But I haven't tried using it.
