Done. @gundalow is it ok if I push v0.1.0 retro actively? Wouldn't Zuul try to release v0.1.0 again?

Edit: Also, I am not sure if it is working. I have simply run git tag -a v0.2.0 -m ... && git push origin v0.2.0. I can see it as a release in the collection, but no sure how to check zuul side

I have mixed 0.2.0 with v0.2.0 names. Hopefully, it will do the publish this time.
