@timway Thanks for logging the issue, and as the ASA device allows the in-place update of ACLs, the same way module will try to update the ACLs on the line mentioned under the play, so the implementation here is as expected.
That said, currently with the play you've logged the issue has the issue with destination host parsing, and coz of which if you try to run the play multiple times idempotency won’t be maintained, and I've included the fix in the PR #125.
