node_resource_group doesn't work with azure_rm_aks in ansible 2.9.6 about azure

i saw that here https://fossies.org/linux/ansible/lib/ansible/modules/cloud/azure/azure_rm_aks.py ( now it says 2.9.7 , but believe me it was 2.9.6 earlier :) )

Also I assumed If I import the role azure_preview_modules , I should be able to use node_resource_group parameter, but that too didn't work.

I need to know

1. In which ansible release azure_rm_aks will support passing node_resource_group
2. What is the workaround for this , can we use azure_preview_modules to pass nodE_resource_group?
3. How come terraform is able to pass node_resource_group and ansible cannot ?
