Fails with "jq: not found" about setup-rclone

Ah, it seems I misunderstood about runs-on: ubuntu-latest. I thought it was equivalent to ubuntu:latest docker image so I wondered why there's an error for jq when the python image was based on it. So I incorrectly presumed it was a bug in this action.

You are running the setup-rclone action inside the python:3.10 container, which does not have jq. I recommend running setup-rclone outside the container. If you really need to use setup-rclone inside the container, run sudo apt install jq before the setup-rclone action.
