Support multiple lines on the same graph about angularjs-nvd3-directives

Looks like this is supported. Just didn't notice it at first:

$scope.exampleData = [
        {
            "key": "Series 1",
            "values": [ [ 1025409600000 , 0] , [ 1028088000000 , -6.3382185140371] , [ 1030766400000 , -5.9507873460847] ],
        },
        {
            "key": "Series 2",

Still haven't yet figured out if left/right y-axis is possible?

nvd3 has a multi axis (y1, y2) example (http://nvd3.org/ghpages/linePlusBar.html), I have not been able to create an example with that yet. Looks like that will be the next one. Fantasy Football drafting has slowed me down a little. :)

Just added examples/linePlusBarChart.html. It works, but with a lot of duplicate code. This is something that needs to be revisited, but for now it shows that it is possible.
