Height and width are NaN in 'auto-resize' examples about angularjs-nvd3-directives

Same here, i prefer to not to set the width, so bootstrap fluid layout take care of the width. Its works fine with the charts, but seeing error on console Invalid value for attribute width="NaN" .

I'm still seeing this error when I don't set height/width using v0.0.7 - 2014-06-26. Error log below. I found issue #56 as well, is there anything I can do to prevent these error logs? Thanks for your time, this is great library.

Same here. got "Error: Invalid value for attribute viewBox="0 0 undefined undefined" d3.js:591" when don't set height/width.
