Poor Performance Issue (May be bug) about engine-sim

Same here with an i5 8350 won't cross 70% per thread and similar usage on the gpu, but this only occurs when I load anything above 2 cylinders

This might be fixed in the next release. I think the fluid simulation settings were set too high.

that mainly happens because intel cpus are best in single threading and i see no issue on my amd cpu

and it is a weird glitch and is fixed on 1.4a version, on that version there should be no lag whatsoever

I'm using the 1.4a version release on my i5 9300h and the performance issue is worse compared to 1.3a version release. The latency really likes to jump around from 100 to 500 and back cyclically
