f2c dependency installation about expokit-cpp

if I remember correctly I installed f2c via apt (I don't remember the exact name but it's probably something like libf2c). Once that's installed, you can use the file f2c.pc (folder pkg-config) to make sure cmake finds f2c. Namely, you can either copy this file to a folder where pkg-config can find it, or you can add the folder containing this file to PKG_CONFIG_PATH.

@olimexsmart could you please write some documentation about this in the README of this repo?

I'll try but I'm not sure how it's working either. IMO all the magic is in PKG_CONFIG_PATH. I'll make a list

The working principle is explained in my previous message. Basically you just need to copy that in the README of this repo, making sure the name of the library I've used is correct (libf2c).
