menu bar wanted about ui

Menubars are in libui now.

I have written some code to use the libui menu and linking for a third party application is very painful (essentially it seems you need to replicate all the link code in ui within the app).
I wonder - we can re-open this ticket until the API is truly available in the ui project as that is what this ticket was raised against?

I can do that, but I dislike libui's menu API and want to replace it.

Thanks, I think it makes sense to leave open until the Menu API is generally available.
On this thought, should the "hasMenu" parameter of ui.NewWindow be removed?

@andlabs Is this still being considered or is it not? I'm beginning to wonder if this is dead as well because it's not updated since 2020.
