It won't replace the emote with a link if you have the rights to use the emote in question. So it will only replace emotes that are normally grayed out with links. Or do you mean it does that for any emote and then clyde messages you that you can't use that emote?

Update, I moved back to BetterDiscord, and it's all resolved, Sorry!
edit: I found out which plugin was breaking it in powercord, It was forbidden-fruit.
